EpiPen Selection Guide
Allergy Apparel carries the greatest selection of EpiPen carriers but with such a broad selection, how do you know which one is right for you and your kiddo?
We’ve broken it down by price point so you know what to expect, and what differentiates each auto-injector carrier.
These pouches are inexpensive, made of cotton and have a clear front pocket to show your EPIPENs and for easy access to the included medical information/id card. They have clips on them allowing them to be clipped onto your belt loop for quick access or kept in your purse or backpack. We love that these have the clear pocket showing your EpiPen(s) making them noticeable when needed. They come in your choice of cute, classy, kid, and adult patterns. These EpiPen pouches are inexpensive making them affordable enough to purchase the pattern of your choice AND your kid’s. These are ideal for stashing in your purse or backpack, eliminating the need to dig for your auto-injectors, when needed. They also offer the option of matching inhaler and first aid pouches. We have found the first aid pouches extremely convenient between medications for swimmers ear, bug bites, and every day boo boo's. I keep one packed with the essentials and can easily throw it in my purse, beach bag, or pool bag. Mom made, Mom tested, and Mom approved.

It’s the fanny pack of the 21st century. NO WAY! These epibelts are made of a stretchy fabric similar to bathing suits. The stretchy material accommodates the different size auto-injectors and can actually fit up to 4 EpiPens, although 2 are more comfortable and can be easily camouflaged. These epibelts are available in both youth and adult sizes with a choice of over 15 different patterns. These belts are our favorite when participating in high-energy activities, like basketball camp. It is discreet enough to wear under your shirt but cool enough to wear outside of your clothing. And if that’s not cool enough, you can also add an additional pouch to hold your inhaler, Benadryl, phone, keys, and lip balm. It gets even better. A solo pouch, which can be added to your own belts or your epibelt for an additional pocket is available for $12. These belts are convenient, washable, inexpensive, and are available in over 15 patterns.

These can be worn on your own belt, strapped to your backpack, courier bag, or placed in your purse or backpack. We love that the strap packs are a durable cotton, easily washable, can be worn on your own belt, can be embroidered, and come in cool patterns. My son carried the strap pack during his summer camp, which was his first week of carrying his own EpiPen and never complained. The strap pack is another inexpensive option and, in addition, they come with a medical ID card. (We found out first hand how convenient the medical ID card can be when our son recently misplaced his EpiPen pouch). We also love the fact that this one can be embroidered with your child's name, allergy, or a phone number. The strap packs are available in an assortment of cool patterns that are great for both kids and adults.

These stylish EpiPen totes are designed for those who want to keep their EpiPens, inhaler, and/or Benadryl, in their purses, totes, or backpacks. They include interior straps that secure your EpiPens. We like the fact that these pouches help eliminate digging and a potential food allergy disaster. The EpiPen tote allows for embroidery which can help with identification and clarity.

One of Allergy Apparel’s best sellers, these pouches are durable, convenient, and also come in fun patterns. These pouches are made of neoprene, have waterproof zipper closures, and are latex and elastic free. A must for those with latex allergies. Epi Pouch carriers are our most expensive BUT they are our most durable and our most versatile. These pouches are available in a variety of sizes and can be worn in several ways making them well worth the price. These auto-injector carriers can be worn as a belt (adjustable), sling, and the combo pouches can be clipped onto your belt loop with the included carabineer clip. Belts are available from xs childrens to adult sizes. May we suggest adding an extra adult strap for you or your kiddo's caretaker?
